This is fully online. Everything about this business happens on the internet, building the product, hiring the team, managing engineers, launching on the App Store, collecting revenue, all of it. Our devs were offshore, our board members were in the U.S., and we all worked remotely on our own schedules. There’s no physical location you need for any part of it. As long as you have WiFi, you can build it, run it, and keep scaling it completely online
