You definitely have flexible hours, you fully set your own schedule. If you want to work from 11 PM until morning, you can. If you prefer 5 AM to 2 PM, that works too. It’s completely up to you.
And honestly, it depends on your role. For example, I’m the CEO and not involved in dev meetings, so I don’t need strict hours at all, our board’s in the US, so any time works for me. Our CTO or dev team might have more specific online hours, but overall, the flexibility is very real.
