Yes you can work from anywhere but you do have to physically be where the shoot is. So it is flexible but not fully remote in the sense of never showing up. I shoot in South Florida most of the time, but I can travel for work and I do when it makes sense. Editing can be done from anywhere which is nice, and if you get to the point where you have associates, you can book work in different places and have them shoot. But in the beginning, you will need to be in the location where the client is. So you get freedom, just not that laptop on the beach type of setup unless someone else is shooting for you.
