Based on online research and my own experience, a niche podcast guest booking agent can provide a moderately stable monthly income. While there is a decent baseline of income, it can be unreliable at times due to fluctuations in demand for guest bookings. Some agents may experience wild swings in earnings, making it somewhat risky to rely on for consistent income. I'd rate it a 3 out of 5 because while it can be a viable source of income, the unpredictability of bookings makes it less stable than a traditional job.
