Podcast production can offer a moderately stable income source for most people who try it. Based on online sources and my own experience, some podcast producers consistently earn, while others may experience fluctuations in income due to factors like audience growth and sponsorship deals. I'd rate it a 3 out of 5 because while there is a decent baseline income potential, it may not be as predictable as a traditional job.
