I think this is only as scalable as people can trade time for money. You can possibly handle several clients, but at the end of the day the only way to scale is to hire.
There was a decent supply for this role when I looked to hire for it, so you can likely find some talent, but not sure how good to e talent is.
Would have to build a serviced-based org to scale.
