Scalability: Average

As a swim instructor, scalability is limited by the need for physical presence and one-on-one or small group instruction, which caps income by the number of hours available to teach. The work is inherently time-based, and without hiring additional instructors, expanding beyond personal capacity is challenging. While some instructors have found ways to scale by creating online courses or video tutorials, these require a different skill set and initial investment.
