Being a clinical trial participant is inherently limited by the number of trials you can safely and ethically participate in, which is controlled by strict medical guidelines. Each trial requires your physical presence and time, and there's no way to increase income without participating in more trials, which is not feasible or safe. The nature of the work doesn't allow for scaling beyond individual participation.
