Stable income: Somewhat stable
I’d rate it a 3 out of 5 because while property management can provide a decent baseline income, it often comes with periods of unpredictability due to factors like tenant turnover, maintenance issues, and market fluctuations. It’s not as volatile as some side hustles, but it lacks the stability of a regular paycheck. It’s not a 2 because there is potential for consistent income with a solid client base, but it’s not a 4 because unexpected expenses and vacancies can disrupt cash flow.
