Stable income: Somewhat stable
I’d rate it a 3 out of 5 because while being a landlord can provide a decent baseline of income through rental payments, it is often unreliable due to factors like tenant turnover, maintenance costs, and market fluctuations. It’s not a 2 because there is potential for consistent income with good management and location, but it’s not a 4 because unexpected expenses and vacancies can disrupt cash flow.
