I’d rate it a 2 out of 5 because while some Amazon Flex drivers can earn consistently, there are often wild swings in available shifts and earnings. The income is not predictable enough to rely on as a full-time job replacement, and many drivers experience fluctuations based on demand and competition for shifts.
