I’d rate it a 3 out of 5 because while there is a decent baseline of demand for computer repair services, the income can be unreliable at times due to fluctuations in client needs and competition. It's not as unpredictable as a 2, where income would be highly inconsistent, but it lacks the predictability of a 4, where most months would be similar in earnings.
