I’d rate it a 2 out of 5 because while some people manage to earn a decent income, the majority experience significant fluctuations in their earnings. The demand for proofreading can be inconsistent, and competition is high, leading to unpredictable income streams. It’s not reliable enough to replace a full-time job for most people.
