I’d rate it a 3 because while spray tanning doesn't require extensive training or certification, it does require some initial investment in equipment and supplies. Beginners need to learn proper techniques to ensure even application and customer satisfaction. There is also a need to build a client base, which can take time and effort. However, with dedication and some marketing, it is possible to start earning a profit relatively quickly.
