I’d rate it a 2 because becoming a 2D Motion Designer requires specific skills in animation and design software, which can be challenging for beginners without prior experience. While there are online tutorials and courses available, mastering these tools and creating quality work that clients will pay for takes time and practice. Additionally, building a portfolio and finding clients can be difficult for those new to the field.
