To make it passive, one would need to build a system where tasks are automated or outsourced, such as using tools for reporting and hiring a team to handle client work. However, this setup requires significant upfront investment and management skills. Most people do not reach this level; it's typically achieved by a few who scale their business effectively. Many fall for the myth that SEO can be entirely passive, but in reality, it demands continuous involvement. From my experience and community insights, only those who can effectively delegate and automate reach a passive state, while most remain actively involved in their business.
